The person will be working closely with the Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy. The group will consist of 3 listed entities by mid-2011. The position is Vice President / Executive Assistant to the Director. You will be expected to: engage in projects and M&A feasibility studies; execute corporate finance engagements; monitor and strategise with various business units; and contribute to driving "building of equity" within the group.

The position obviously does not require an excellent paper qualification. Essential qualities and requirements:

- Street smarts and deep passion with regards to the stock market, capital deployment, value creation, value enhancement, value sustainability
- Ability to write well with excellent communication skills, and well read
- Strong with financial concepts (accounting), spreadsheet skills and resourceful
- Solutions oriented work approach

This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in the front line of capital and financial markets, with a great chance to accumulate significant wealth. Pay will commensurate with experience but the company will pay a premium to get the right person. It is likely that your total pay package will be in the mid-high 6 figures within 3 years, with equity participation plans as well.
